Wordpress (the site) rejected my theme (Ahimsa 2.2) because this screenshot does not show the viewer greater details about the theme :-(. I am creating a new zip file with a different screenshot. I am required to up the version, so this one will be 2.2.1. The code is exactly the same.

You can now download Ahimsa for Wordpress version 2.2 at my blog or wait for it it to appear (hopefully within a day or two) at WordPress.org. This version includes many bug fixes, IE rendering cleanup, and an alpha release of “skins” — customisable colour schemes (see previous two Tumblr posts for examples).
